Flat-Rate Shipping — $7.95 AUD We charge a flat rate of $7.95 AUD on all Australian orders under $99.
Free Shipping Over $99 Spend $99 or more and receive FREE standard shipping Australia-wide. The flat rate is automatically removed at checkout once your order qualifies.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Western Australia orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the Australia Post website.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
