Overview

The Daiwa T.D. Salt Pencil LD-F is a premium Japanese surface pencil designed to imitate fleeing baitfish with an effortless walk-the-dog action.

Unlike many surface pencils, the LD-F is easy to work, producing a tight side-to-side glide on slow retrieves while still responding aggressively to sharp rod twitches. Its natural mullet finish makes it particularly effective whenever predators are feeding on small bait schools.

A fantastic lure for Australian estuary and inshore fishing, the T.D. Salt Pencil is ideal around beaches, river mouths, reef edges and shallow flats.
